Selected accessories and a Christmas Tree Collection & Recycling service are available through the website. Choose the options that suit your order.

Choose your tree, select an available size and add any accessories you need. The booking flow will show the delivery choices available for your address before you complete your order.

If you need to update the name or telephone number on your order, add a Christmas Tree Stand, lights, wreath or Recycling Service, or leave a note for our team, open your order-confirmation email and select View order. You can then make the available changes securely online. This option is normally available until five calendar days before the delivery date shown in your order confirmation.

Changes to the delivery address or date, trees, quantities, variants, shipping method, discount codes, cancellations and refunds are not available through the online order page. If you need help with anything else, please contact us.

We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories West, New Territories Central and North, New Territories East, and selected Islands. Enter your address during booking to see the delivery options available to you.

Choose from the delivery date options shown for your address when you book. Availability can vary by area, so please complete your order early if you have a preferred date.

You can book the Christmas Tree Collection & Recycling service. The available collection date and agreed collection point are confirmed during booking.

Remove all decorations, lights, hooks, tinsel, ornaments, stands and other non-tree items. Follow the collection-point and access guidance in your booking confirmation. The collection team cannot enter homes or apartments.

Collected real trees are prepared for recycling into mulch, helping your tree begin its next chapter in greener Hong Kong.
