Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through Christmas Tree Hong Kong. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Three Peaks Trading Limited, trading as Christmas Tree Hong Kong.

Orders and availability

When you place an order, you are asking us to supply the selected products or services. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfilment, subject to payment authorisation and availability. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information so that we can process your order and contact you where necessary.

Real trees, wreaths and other natural products may vary in appearance. Product availability, delivery options and dates are confirmed through the applicable product page and booking process. We may correct errors, update information or withdraw an item where reasonably necessary.

Delivery

Hong Kong Island delivery is available from Thursday 26 November to Sunday 13 December 2026. Delivery in Kowloon, the New Territories and selected Islands begins from Saturday 28 November 2026, with area-specific dates confirmed during booking. Mui Wo collection is available where it is offered during booking.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Delivery access must be arranged as part of your order. We are not responsible where building management, security, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent delivery.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation up to five days before delivery at no extra cost. For cancellation requests received later than five days before delivery, a 20% fee will apply to cover preparation and administration costs.

Post-delivery requests, returns and refunds

If you need to make a post-delivery return, replacement or quality request for any product, contact us within three days of delivery. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. For visible damage, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours where reasonably possible.

Unused lights and Christmas tree stands may be returned within seven days of delivery. Email hello@christmastreehongkong.com with your order number to request a return number and instructions. Items must be unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for return delivery costs. Do not send an item back without a return number from Christmas Tree Hong Kong.

If a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method where possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Recycling Service

The Recycling Service rate is HK$388 for customers who bought a Christmas tree from Christmas Tree Hong Kong in the same season. The rate is HK$488 for customers who did not buy a tree from us in that season. Collection availability, dates and booking options are confirmed when the service is made available.

Website and intellectual property

The website, branding, text, photography, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use that content commercially without our written permission.

Governing law and contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. For questions, email hello@christmastreehongkong.com.
