These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the www.christmastreehongkong.com website, related domains, mobile applications, and desktop applications. By registering as a member or using the Christmas Tree Hong Kong Service in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Christmas Tree Hong Kong is operated, owned, and managed by Three Peaks Trading Limited.
Compliance with Hong Kong Law
All goods supplied comply with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) of Hong Kong. Goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Your statutory consumer rights under Hong Kong law remain unaffected by this Agreement.
General Terms
By submitting an electronic order form, you make an offer to purchase goods, which, if accepted, forms a binding contract. We may contact you to confirm interest. Sales are limited to customers aged 18 or older.
Claims and Complaints
Submit all claims or complaints in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
For perishable items, include a photo showing the issue received within 7 days of receipt.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and details may change without notice, but confirmed orders remain at the ordered price.
Items are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to alter Ordering & Delivery Terms and decline service to any individual.

Substitute Goods
If unable to supply ordered goods, we may provide substitutes of equivalent quality and price. We will contact you prior. If the substitute is unsuitable, you may return it for a refund or exchange.
Coupon Codes
Coupon codes apply to trees, wreaths, and tree accessories, excluding fees for stairs or removal services.
Delivery & Removal Services
Inspection Upon Delivery: Check goods before signing. If damaged, sign as "DAMAGED."
Delivery Area
Delivered via third-party courier to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Sai Kung, Clearwater Bay, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung. Times vary due to weather and traffic.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If absent, the courier will call and attempt one more delivery or leave with the concierge/security at your risk. Return fees may apply if not collected.
Special Delivery Instructions: Cannot guarantee adherence, at the courier's discretion. Not responsible for courier actions.
Weather/Traffic Conditions: Not responsible for delays from adverse conditions, including T8 warnings.
Delivery to Walk-Up Buildings: Couriers deliver to the door/building. For no-elevator buildings, delivery attempted; otherwise, left with concierge/security at your risk.
Tree Stand Setup: Stands come either flat-packed for self-assembly or boxed ready, depending on style.
Non-Delivery: Notify us within 7 working days if not delivered. After this, Christmas Tree Hong Kong will not be responsible.
Removal Service: Dates on recycling page; prices subject to change and availability. Book at purchase or up to 7 days before removal. Unused services are non-refundable; however, they may be rescheduled if feasible.
Force Majeure: Not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.
Cancellation
Non-Perishable Goods (Excluding Trees): Cancel within 7 working days from the day after receipt, at least 5 days before delivery. Provide written notice via email to hello@christmastreehongkong.com. Partial refund or store credit issued, minus delivery charges. Goods responsibility yours until returned in original packaging, unused, saleable, with receipt. You pay return carriage unless faulty. We refund return costs if the product is verified as faulty. If not received, we arrange collection at your expense.
Perishable Goods (Real Christmas Trees): Cancel up to 3 days before shipment for quality issues only, as prepared fresh, email hello@christmastreehongkong.com. Partial refunds or credits are considered on a case-by-case basis. Unused services are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at a later time.
Damaged Goods
If damaged in transit, refuse delivery or notify immediately. Claims accepted if discovered post-delivery within 7 days, with a photo. Email hello@christmastreehongkong.com with details for replacement or refund. Refund includes the original cost and return if verified, no administration charge for valid damage refusals; HKD 150 fee for non-damage refusals, covering costs.
Product Quality
Trees vary naturally from photos. Submit complaints with a photo for assessment.
Not responsible for Douglas Fir deterioration indoors without proper watering.
Trees graded A (full, well-shaped) unless specified via email, text, or social media.
Heights measured to tip, approximate due to natural variation.
Trees from plantations may include harmless wildlife like spiders.
Harvested in variable conditions; mud/debris possible. Unpack carefully; not responsible for debris damage.
Perishable with a limited life. Display near Christmas. Water regularly (daily base check, replenish as needed). Avoid heat/windows to prevent needle drop/discoloration. Not responsible for issues post-receipt from improper care.

Product Handling
Products cultured per industry practice. Handle carefully; Needles may irritate skin or cause allergies.
Care Instructions: Water the tree daily, keep it in a cool spot away from heat. Follow for optimal conditions.
Security & Privacy
Compliance: We comply with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Contact our Data Protection Officer at hello@christmastreehongkong.com for queries.
