Recycle Your Christmas Tree
Our eco-friendly Christmas tree collection service eliminates the hassle of tree disposal. We collect trees from your building or house entrance and transport them to the Christmas Tree Recycling Centre in Tuen Mun, where they are mulched for use in public parks, gardens, and landscaping.
How to Arrange Collection
Booking: Add the Christmas Tree "Collection" service to your order and select your preferred collection date and area from the dropdown menu.

Collection Instructions
Prepare Your Tree:
Place your tree at the entrance of your village house, building, or apartment block by 10:00 AM on your chosen collection date.
Apartment Residents:
Bring your tree to the ground-floor front door; the collection team cannot enter houses or apartments.
Collection Timing:
Collections occur between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Exact times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic or building management delays. Our team will message you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to confirm pick-up details if needed.
If Unavailable:
Place your tree in your building's recycling area by 10:00 AM. If the tree is not present and no one is available, no alternative collection will be arranged.
Needles and Damage:
The collection team is not responsible for needles or damage to your building during removal. To avoid concerns, bring your tree downstairs for collection.
Limited Time Slots:
Book early, especially for apartment buildings, as slots are limited.

A local tree-burning event will be held on Saturday, 4th January 2025. Full details will be provided closer to the date.
Recycling Process
All collected trees are delivered to the Christmas Tree Recycling Centre in Tuen Mun, where they are processed into mulch for use in public parks, gardens, and pathways, contributing to a sustainable holiday season
