Your Tree’s Next Chapter

When Christmas is over, your real tree can begin its next chapter. Book a collection service and help return your tree to the green cycle.

Collection availability, the available date and the agreed collection point are confirmed during booking.

How collection works

1. Book your collection

Choose the collection option and date available for your address. Your booking confirmation will set out the collection point and any access details we need.

2. Prepare your tree

Before collection, please remove all decorations, lights, hooks, tinsel, ornaments, stands and every other non-tree item. Empty any water from the stand before moving the tree.

3. Leave it ready

The simplest option is often your building’s approved recycling area, concierge point or ground-floor entrance. Please check with building management first and include the exact agreed location in your booking notes.

If you select collection from outside your home or apartment door, you or an authorised person must be available as agreed. Our team cannot enter homes or apartments.

4. Let your tree continue its journey

Collected real trees are prepared for recycling into mulch, giving them a useful next chapter in greener Hong Kong.

A few important reminders

• Use the collection point confirmed in your booking.
• Tell building management or concierge about the booked collection where relevant.
• Keep the route to the collection point clear.
• Check your booking confirmation for the agreed date and collection instructions.
• Do not leave decorations, lights, tinsel, hooks, a stand or other non-tree items on the tree.
• Do not ask the collection team to enter your home or apartment.
