Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Christmas Tree Hong Kong arranges delivery and collection. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Three Peaks Trading Limited, trading as Christmas Tree Hong Kong.

Delivery dates and coverage

Hong Kong Island delivery is available from Thursday 26 November to Sunday 13 December 2026. Delivery in Kowloon, the New Territories and selected Islands begins from Saturday 28 November 2026, with area-specific dates confirmed during booking. Mui Wo collection is available where it is offered during booking.

Enter your address and choose from the delivery options available during booking. Availability depends on the address and the selected delivery date. We recommend booking early to help reserve your preferred date.

Address and contact details

Please make sure that the delivery address, contact details and any relevant access information entered at checkout are correct. If you need to tell us about a special requirement, email hello@christmastreehongkong.com with your order number.

Access and handover

Delivery includes standard lift, stairs and reasonable building access at no additional charge. Please provide accurate delivery, contact and building-access information at checkout. If building management, security, or an unsafe condition prevents physical access to the agreed location, we will contact you to arrange the next practical step.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email hello@christmastreehongkong.com as soon as possible. A cancellation request may be made up to five days before the delivery date at no extra cost. If a cancellation request is made later than five days before delivery, a 20% fee will apply to cover preparation and administration costs. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.

Delays and changes

We aim to provide delivery on the selected date where possible. Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road conditions, access restrictions or other events that affect safe delivery. If a change is necessary, we will communicate with you using the contact details provided for the order.
