These Terms of Service govern use of christmastreehongkong.com and purchases from Christmas Tree Hong Kong. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Three Peaks Trading Limited, trading as Christmas Tree Hong Kong.
Using our website
You may use our website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, use it to transmit harmful material or infringe another person’s rights.
Products, availability and information
We aim to present product information, photographs and availability clearly. Real trees, wreaths and other natural products may vary in appearance. Product availability, delivery options and dates are confirmed through the applicable product page and booking process. We may correct errors, update information or withdraw an item where reasonably necessary.
Orders and payment
When you submit an order, you are asking us to supply the selected products or services. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfilment, subject to payment authorisation and availability. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information so that we can process your order and contact you where necessary.
Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering. In particular, cancellation requests may be made up to five days before delivery at no extra cost; later requests are subject to the stated 20% fee. Post-delivery return, replacement or quality requests for any product must be submitted within three days of delivery, with visible damage reported within 24 hours where reasonably possible.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, text, photography, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use that content commercially without our written permission.
Third-party services and links
Our website may link to, or use, third-party services. Their services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices outside our reasonable control.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road conditions, access restrictions or other events affecting safe delivery.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version takes effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
