Over the years, we have listened to our customers and the appropriate sources for accurate and up-to-date information to help plan our Christmas Tree deliveries for 2024. With this in mind, we have slightly changed our delivery options for this coming season.

This year, we are pleased to announce that we will now deliver directly to your door. This is included in the price of the tree. Over the last few years, we have observed that customers would like to see the delivery price included, with no extra surprises.
We have added more delivery dates, which can be seen in the table below. However, please book early as we are limited in how many trees we can deliver daily.

All trees will be delivered directly to your door; we don't have any hidden extra charges for stairs and tolls - delivery is a flat fee service. Please note the delivery booking slots below -
Home Delivery: Direct-to-your-door courier delivery service.
Drop Off: Mui Wo Only on Saturday, 1st of December.

Home Delivery Terms and Conditions
Please choose a suitable delivery date. We can change dates up to 2 weeks before your delivery; however, dates and times could change if the container is affected by adverse weather (T8, etc.) or bad weather-related delays. We will deliver on the date and time you choose or as near to that date as possible.
Lastly, please ensure somebody is at home to sign for the delivery. if you choose for us to drop off the tree to your estate concierge/security service, please let us know, but this is at your own risk!
If you want to cancel your order, you must provide notice before 15th November.
NOTE:
This year, we are pleased to announce that we will now deliver directly to your door; this includes the delivery charge. Our experience is that this works best and makes the handover smoother for our customers.
Pick Up Point - Mui Wo - South Lantau
Our collection point in Mui Wo will be the Mui Wo Car Park, behind the Silver Pearl Mansion. You can find it by driving past the Petrol Station and taking the first left turn.
Pick-up time slots will be between 9 am and 1 pm on Saturday 1st December.
Please bring a copy of your invoice/receipt to show at collection.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our Christmas helpers to hand over your Christmas tree. When you collect your tree, please check it for any visible damage, as we can only accept returns if they are notified within 24 hours of delivery. If your tree is damaged, we will try to replace the tree. If that is not possible, we will offer a full return of your money.
Collection Point Terms and Conditions
The delivery date has been set for Saturday, 1st December, between 9 am and 1 pm. However, this may change if the container is affected by adverse weather (T8, etc.) and causes delays.
Lastly, if you would like to make separate arrangements with a third party to collect the tree and deliver it to your house, ensure they have a copy of your paid receipt when collecting the tree and check the tree on your behalf before handover.
