To make life easier, we have included all delivery costs, no stair fees, no toll fees, no replacement fees, no additional surprises, simple.

Delivery Options

Direct-to-door delivery is fully included in the tree price with no additional charges for stairs or tolls. So Book early due to the limited daily delivery capacity.

Home Delivery Terms and Conditions

• Select a delivery date. Changes are allowed up to 2 weeks prior, subject to availability.
• Delivery dates may shift due to adverse weather (e.g., T8) or related delays. Delivery will occur on or as close as possible to the chosen date.
• Ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery. If using estate concierge/security, notify us in advance; this is at your own risk.
• Cancellation requires notice before November 15th.

Mui Wo (Customers Pick Up Only)

• Location: Mui Wo Car Park, behind Silver Pearl Mansion, South Lantau (past the petrol station, first left turn).
• Date and Time: Sunday, November 30th, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Process: Please show your email confirmation on collection. Our team will help you choose your perfect tree.
