We provide a convenient Christmas tree collection service for customers who cannot recycle their trees independently. Choose your area and preferred collection date from the options above when booking.
Collection requirements
Collections take place between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm on the selected date. Exact times cannot be guaranteed.
Please place your tree at your building or house entrance, or in the designated recycling area, by 9.00 am if you will not be available.
Collection teams cannot enter houses or apartments.
If the tree is unavailable at the agreed collection point, an alternative collection may not be possible.
Please remove decorations and ensure the access route is clear before collection.
