Please make sure your tree is ready for collection from 10 a.m. at the entrance of your village house, building, or apartment block.
If your tree is not there, we cannot arrange another collection. Please note: The trees must be taken to the ground floor for collection from apartment buildings, and time slots are limited.
For South Lanatau Customers - We will have a local tree burning—full details will follow.
All our recycled Christmas Trees will be delivered to Hong Kong's primary Christmas Tree Recycling Centre in Tuen Mun, where the trees will be mulched down and used for landscaping and paths in local public parks.
