Delivery access

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Delivery is subject to safe and reasonable access at your building. If building management does not allow us access to deliver, Christmas Tree Hong Kong cannot be responsible for a failed delivery.

Changes and cancellations

You may cancel an order up to five days before the delivery date at no extra cost. Later cancellations are subject to a 20% fee to cover preparation and administration costs.

Warm-white Twinkle Christmas Lights

Create a cosy festive atmosphere with warm-white Twinkle Christmas Lights. Each 10-metre strand has 100 energy-efficient LED lights and eight lighting modes, from a steady glow to twinkling patterns.

The lights are designed for use around your Christmas tree and seasonal décor. Multiple strands can be connected to extend the display where required.

How many light strands do I need?

For a gentle, even glow, use one 10-metre, 100-light strand for each additional foot of tree height after the first 4–5 ft. Add more strands if you prefer a fuller, denser look.

  • 4–5 ft tree: 1 set (10 metres / 100 LEDs)
  • 5–6 ft tree: 2 sets (20 metres / 200 LEDs)
  • 6–7 ft tree: 3 sets (30 metres / 300 LEDs)
  • 7–8 ft tree: 4 sets (40 metres / 400 LEDs)
  • 8–9 ft tree: 5 sets (50 metres / 500 LEDs)

Decorating tips

  • Follow the product instructions when connecting strands, and do not overload a wall socket.
  • Start at the bottom and weave the lights towards the top, or wrap them evenly around the outer branches.
  • Place some bulbs nearer the trunk to create depth and make the warm-white glow stand out.
