Who can apply for 2026?
The programme is intended for existing Christmas Tree Hong Kong customers with at least one completed order. Eligibility will be confirmed when applications open.
How does my friend receive 10% off?
After your application is approved, your personal sharing link or code will give a new customer 10% off their first eligible real-tree order.
When will I earn my 5%?
Your reward is 5% of the eligible real-tree subtotal actually paid after the friend discount. It remains pending until the order is delivered and passes cancellation, refund, fraud, and programme review.
Can I update my reward method?
After an eligible reward is approved, choose cash in HK$, Christmas Tree Hong Kong credit for the following season, or a donation to the appointed charity. You can update the method until the end of the season unless it has already been settled.
