Who can join the Tree Ambassador Programme?
The programme is intended for existing Christmas Tree Hong Kong customers with at least one completed order. Eligibility will be confirmed when registration opens.
How does the 10% offer for my friend work?
The offer applies to a first eligible real-tree order by a new customer using the ambassador’s unique sharing link or code. It excludes accessories, recycling, delivery-only services, gift cards, shipping, tax, and other excluded products and services.
When will I earn my 5% and how is it calculated?
Your reward is 5% of the eligible real-tree subtotal actually paid after the friend discount. It remains pending until the referred order is delivered and passes cancellation, refund, fraud, and programme review.
What reward options can I choose?
After a reward is approved, choose cash in HK$, Christmas Tree Hong Kong credit for the following season, or a donation to our appointed charity. You can update the method until the end of the season unless it has already been settled.
Can I refer myself or combine discounts?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, code misuse, suspicious activity, and discount stacking are not eligible. Christmas Tree Hong Kong may withhold or reverse rewards where needed to protect the programme.
Full programme terms and the dedicated support route will be published before registration opens. Christmas Tree Hong Kong may update, pause, or end the programme where necessary to manage stock, delivery, fraud prevention, reward settlement, or legal and partner requirements.
