Hong Kong Island delivery is available from Thursday 26 November 2026. Delivery in Kowloon, the New Territories and selected Islands begins from Saturday 28 November 2026. Mui Wo collection is available where it is offered during booking. Choose the delivery date available for your address when you place your order. Book early to help reserve your preferred date.

Delivery access

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Delivery is subject to safe and reasonable access at your building. If building management does not allow us access to deliver, Christmas Tree Hong Kong cannot be responsible for a failed delivery.

Changes and cancellations

You may cancel an order up to five days before the delivery date at no extra cost. Later cancellations are subject to a 20% fee to cover preparation and administration costs.

Classic Douglas Fir Christmas Tree

The Douglas Fir is a traditional North American Christmas tree, valued for its soft, dark green needles and classic conical shape. Its flexible branches create a natural setting for ornaments and seasonal decorations.

Each tree is selected for the Christmas season and prepared to become a natural centerpiece of your celebrations.

Available sizes

Heights and base diameters are approximate. Height refers to the tree itself. The base diameter is measured at the widest point across the lower branches once the tree has settled; as each tree is natural, its shape and width will vary.

5–6 ft (approx. 150–180 cm high) — approx. 80–120 cm base diameter.
6–7 ft (approx. 180–210 cm high) — approx. 100–140 cm base diameter.
7–8 ft (approx. 210–240 cm high) — approx. 120–160 cm base diameter.
8–9 ft (approx. 240–270 cm high) — approx. 130–180 cm base diameter.

Christmas tree stands are not included.

Delivery with timely and the tree was in great shape. However, even though we had natural indirect light and water the needles started to dry out quite quickly and the smell didn’t last. This is the first time we’ve experienced this with this company though.

Beautiful natural tree with unbeatable delivery and recycling

I had a fantastic experience last year. The delivery service was incredibly convenient—having it couriered straight to my home saved me so much hassle. I also want to give a special shout-out to the recycle service; knowing they’ll pick it up after the holidays is a huge bonus and makes the whole process sustainable and easy.

The tree itself is gorgeous and 100% natural, and the scent is absolutely divine—it really makes the house smell like Christmas!

My only constructive note is that I needed a bit of practice to get the tree to stand completely still. Because it’s a real, natural trunk, it can be easy to tip if you don't get it perfectly level in the base. I’d recommend taking your time tightening the stand, but once it’s up, it’s stunning. Highly recommend!"

The tree was beautiful and lasted well. The delivery monitoring map was very useful, although it was not clear based on the description of the service whether the delivery/pick-up would come all the way up to our apt via elevator. It turned out that they did, but we were worried that we would need to take the tree down for removal on our own and miss the pick-up.

My first time to have a real Christmas tree at home

My first time to order real Christmas tree in HK but the smell is so little and found the tree leaves not as much as I thought. Overall we had a great time with the tree at home to make Christmas more meaningful
